After 28 years, the dance duo Daft Punk split up.
The news comes with a video called “Epilogue” in their official facebook page .
Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo and Thomas Bangalter started their career together in 1993.
Daft Punk have been those that brought the French underground house scene to the charts. “Da Funk,” “One More Time” and “Around the World” are their best hits; in 2013 they won the Record of the Year and Best Pop Duo/Group performance with the retro-disco single “Get Lucky”, featuring Pharrell during the Grammy Awards.
Their approach to new technologies, sounds, and communication was pioneer.
