Sunday State by Dicet
Dicet is a London-based project to create a sound that pulls between light and dark, deep and melodic, hard and fast variants of house music. Starting 6 years ago in a basement in South Lambeth, Dicet have taken their sounds to Italy, Belgium, Germany and now Ibiza Global Radio.
Dicet is a musical project to create a sound that pulls between light and dark, deep and melodic, hard and fast variants of house music. Dicet is comprised of Nicola Rosa and Ben Romberg who have been mixing, DJing and producing music together for the last 6 years.
Nicola established his sound in Milan, DJing and producing electronic music for over fifteen years in a wide variety of clubs and guises. Originally from Italy he lives in London and takes his influences from melodic disco to the harder edges of deep house and techno.
Ben is an East London based clubnight promoter and has been DJing for little over a decade. Born in Oxford, his influences sit on the darker side of deep house, dub and experimental ambient music.
When the two perform together as Dicet the two bounce off each other and act as a moderating influence, which brings a unique sound to each set.
